CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT and
INNOVATION (CQII), this course has evolved to the level that it can be
taken OnLine with no or little personal contact w. the Instructor.
From a tech point-of-view, this is progress, making it transportable;
from a Quality of Instruction p-o-v, it raises concerns about ensuring
that you, the customer, receives sufficient 'guided learning' to in this
subject that is so critical to your education and career. Flat
out, the standards of this course -- skills in using Word, Excel,
Internet Browsers, graphics editors, etc -- have to be met, else we fail
the "quality standard."
We learn by doing in a structured environment. You need
to run the applications software listed above to pass this course. You
certain performance-levels to pass this course. You need to be
'interacting in a virtual and visual environment. (Also, you
should have got the significance of 'hyper Bell Curve' -- the relationship of
optimal technology, performance and quality -- email me for 50opt points if
you 'get' this.).
Meeting this performance-levels or demonstrating your skills
in the skills areas in a Virtual environment, meant that I had to develop new
