MORE ON 'START DISK':
(1) Don't use this disk for anything else and
get a disk holder for it -- Don't carry it in your pocket. (2) I have a
GRADE program installed in K-302 that scores these tests; come in and use
it. As a backup, keep the printed copies of your doing the quizzes
in your notebook. In case anything happens to the disk, you have some
proof of work.
In case you lose your disk, you should keep the
printed copies of the quizzes as a

credit is only given for those who write clear, complete responses.
This 'shared topic discussion room' is based on the effective success of
"Peer Learning": Some students learn best from their peers. If
you have some insight to share, help out your colleagues by posting it
for 25 pts. You should still write, at a minimum, "I got
it!" at each response for 10 Points credit.
What email provider does Denny Wolff recommend? (I agree with Denny).
701 MASTER HELP (continued)
The Master Help File
is a required project; it contains such good insights from Yadira,
Adriana, Denny, Paul, Eleeza, Gaby, and Phan among other. Every student
must respond to each question with a long answer (25 pts) or just "I got
it! Mr. A." for 10 points. Post your scores on the ATTEN/PARTIC FORM using
the notation of 70mh1-7, indicating 70 points for question # 1 - 7.

Word Quiz 01
http://auciello.tripod.com/wordquiz01.html -- Just talking here ...
when I wrote it, I intentionally made if difficult. Check it out, no
one in the Summer Class has passed it as of July 17. I tested each answer
3 times, and had a colleague verify the test. ... But, based on
email from Gaby, Paul and others, I need to go back to it, and test it
once again. As I said, it is meant to be difficult. It is meant to
be 'rugged' and based on some Microsoft Tests. Here is a big clue.
Print it out. Take the questions one-at-a-time, until you hit 10% for that
question. Continue until you hit 90% or more for the entire exam. If
you spot errors, email me right away. By the way, the test that you are
taking now, I found, is
the best format. Short answers are better than "multiple guess" and
the "Test" button supplies clues and other feedback!
How many questions at a time should you take on the Word Quiz 01 Test?
