Currently, Jim is managing State-Funded Training in VESL, Problem-Solving, and SPC at Hayes Wheel.

At the sites, and for each work-station, Jim writes "SPC Implementation Plans" that actualize and concretize the class lectures and work in tandem with ISO Certification. The projects that Jim works on result in the client's receiving higher levels of "Supplier Certification", decreased Scrap Rate, ISO/QS Certification, and improved worker morale and literacy rate. An additional benefit of Jim's work is that many trained employees enroll in Industrial Engineering courses at Community Colleges.

Jim is a co-writer of "SPC Applications In Manufacturing" with Auciello and Cutter and is the "hands-on, front-line manager who gets the job done for CTT/J-MAC, then goes golfing.

With his background in Aerospace and Manufacturing, Jim advocates that "Manufacturing Creates Wealth", and applying Deming, SPC, Team Problem-Solving helps Management create viable, profitable businesses.

Jim "leads by example", and markets training, manufacturing, and quality.
